Concierge Services

Do you need personal assistance because you are a busy executive, stay at home mom, senior, part time resident or traveler? Are you coming back to your property after a long absence and need items in your refrigerator or a deep cleaning?  If so, we take the hectic out of your life by being your hands and feet.  Concierge Services are as follows:

• Errands (i.e., go to Home Depot to get items for a home)
• Light handyman service (small repairs)
• Mail and package forwarding (USPS, FedEx, UPS)
• Make arrangements for a service provider or repair man to fix a problem. We ensure that all providers are insured and bonded
• Provide access, remain onsite, and lock-up property when service provider or repair man arrives
• Open and close home for visiting family or friends
• Start and idle vehicle and/or connect to a slow charger
• Emergency alarm response and reset
• Other upon request
